Flynn response
After reading threw Flynn’s articles in Readings on writing
I found it to be an interesting read and found a couple examples that connect
this readings to other readings we have done. In this article Flynn says that
we have to take into account that males and females interpret information and
use language, which ties into our class and the discussions on how different
languages have different implications. Flynn also states in the readings that
she takes a feminist view when doing all of her writing, which connects to our
class in the sense that the class overall is trying to teach us to write papers
in a different point of view to get the same point across just using a different
point of view. Overall I thought the readings offered some good points that I agree
on such as how males and females can interpret the same text completely differently
because I have personally seen examples of this in my life many times. Overall
the articles were an interesting read.
